Thunder Cats

Ages 6 years -12 years

45 minute instructed gym glass. Parents look on from our parent lounge area. This class is more fast paced than the 4-6yr class and also combines basic exercise and fitness, ninja warrior and gymnastics through the use of equipment and obstacle courses that challenges kids but allows them to move at their own pace. Each child has a turn to complete the course and use all of the equipment and techniques we’ve prepared for the day. These courses are created to fit the age group and abilities of the children in attendance. Children take water breaks in between course switches and instructors always lead the classes.

Tumble Stars

Ages 6 years -12 years

This class provides a basic foundation for gymnastics shapes, terminology and basic tumbling. Each child will progress at their own pace, being challenged, spotted and encouraged by our coaches.

Ages 5 years -12 years

45 minute instructor lead yoga class. A time for kids ages 5-12 to release bound up energy, express themselves through movement, and integrate their emotions through the practice of Yoga – all while having fun!

Sports Movement

Ages 6 years -12 years

Designed for kids that are interested in learning skills and strategies of team and individual sports. This course includes sport movement skill instruction which will help kids implement those skills into the sports they play. Skills may include, but are not limited to: agility, speed, catching, throwing, kicking, ball handling, and game awareness drills. This class also includes cardiovascular conditioning which will help improve endurance for sports they participate in.
