How much does it cost?

We are an upscale full-service event facility offering families a wide array of party packages and activities to choose from. Although prices vary, our unforgettable top-level party experience price starts at rental cost starts off at $550. Click here to view our party packages and additional enhancements!

How soon should I book my event?
Our parties book up quickly. We typically make birthday reservations 1-3 months ahead depending on the personalization required. We strongly urge you to book your event as soon as you have decided on your date. If we have an opening and you request a reservation less than two weeks out, we will charge a rush fee of $50.
What is your refund policy?
We require a $100 deposit at the time of reservation. Please note that all parties at SWAG Kids Gym are custom created especially for your child based on the theme and package you have selected. We take great lengths to personalize every aspect of your event and a lot of time, research and costs go into delivering a truly spectacular event. The party deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation by the Party Host, for any reason. The cancellation fee is the property of SWAG COMPANY, LLC. We hope you will understand that there is just not enough time for us to schedule another party and other vendors and staff have reserved their schedules as well. If for some reason due to an emergency, you are unable to keep your event date, we will try to accommodate your event at the next available opening. Our events book up months in advance and this could mean having a party during the week.
Can I use my own decorations?
Absolutely! If you wish to have your own decorations, you can decorate our tables and chairs however you see fit inside our lobby and party room area. We do not allow any glitter, silly string, or confetti. If you wish to stop in and see our facility, please call us at 248-956-8945 and we will be happy to provide a time to give you a tour.
Can we open gifts at the party?
There is typically not enough time to open gifts during the allotted 90 minutes at the birthday event. You may add additional time to your standard 90-minute party time if you would like to open presents at our facility.
Do you offer event services outside of the gym?
We are a premier event company for children’s parties, social events, school events, dances, sporting events, and more! We can set up an event at any location of your choice, complete with set up and activities. Please contact us at 248-956-8945 for more information.

Typical parties run for 90 minutes

Fridays and other days during the week may be available upon request. You are welcome to add additional time to your party based off availability for an additional fee.

How many guests can you accommodate?
Our events & parties are intimate and fully customized. Our base party packages are designed and priced for 20 children. However, we can accommodate up to 40 children. Please note that due to fire & safety rules, we are unable to make any exceptions beyond 100 guests. We have seating for approximately 35 adults inside our facility.
Do you allow outside food?
We do allow you to bring any outside food that you would like for your event. Please let us know in advance if you have any food vendors making food inside the facility so we can accommodate the proper arrangements for their service. We offer a complimentary coffee bar station for adults for all party packages. If you need additional paper products for your event you are welcome to add on for a small charge of $5 – $10.
Do you allow drop-offs for party guests?

We allow drop-offs for party guests 5 and older if there are 2 supervising adults from the host child’s party present throughout the entire event. Supervising adults are responsible for all unaccompanied minors and must assist with pick-ups at the end of the event. Parents will be required to sign a waiver form and must provide us with their name, email, and two emergency contact numbers.

How much time before my event can I arrive?

We allow the host family to come to the facility 30 minutes before their event. Please note that we are busy setting up for your event prior to this time. If your event needs more set-up time to enhance the event visually, you must discuss these details with our team so we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your event. We also allow an additional 15 minutes at the end of the event for packing up and loading up cars etc. We do start breaking down the event right around this time and in certain cases getting set up for the next event. There will be a $50 charge if you and your guests stay past this time frame.
