Workout Warriors

Ages 8 years -13 years

60 minute instructed work out class. Parents can look on from our parent lounge area. This class focuses on strength training, building agility, exercise and fitness. Children will utilize equipment such as hand weights, sleds, hurdles and ladders. We incorporate specialized muscle group workouts and body weight workouts (push ups and push up holds). Children will learn new skills and perform a different workout every class. This is a great option for a starter workout to improve fitness goals or to maintain your overall sports fitness.
