Membership Policies

450 Membership Cap
SWAG Kids Gym is a year-round monthly recurring membership program servicing children from 4 months to 13 years of age. SWAG offers three types of memberships that allow access to weekly classes, open gym times, and additional specialty activities throughout the year.

A 450 member cap has been put in place to help preserve the quality of your child’s experience by not overwhelming the gym at any point during the year.

Basic memberships entitle participants to access weekly classes at SWAG. Our Gold Card enables holders to access additional benefits throughout the year including unlimited access to classes.

Membership Payments

In order to be considered a member at SWAG Kids Gym, you MUST have a card on file for payment. The card will be ran on the 1st of every month for the total amount of your membership. Members with a balance must pay within 5 business days with a new card on file or their membership will be canceled. Members with a past due balance must pay the balance off in full in order to rejoin our gym if space is available.

New Member Sign-Up
Effective July 1st, 2022, SWAG Kids Gym has a membership enrollment fee in addition to the month-to-month tuition. In order to obtain a membership, new members will now pay a $50 enrollment fee and 1st month’s tuition on the day of enrollment. This fee does not apply to current members in the system.
Booking Classes Online

In order to provide the best class experience, ALL members are required to sign up for classes in advance online. CLASS SIGN UP HAS TO BE DONE NO LESS THAN 4 HOURS PRIOR TO THE INTENDED CLASS.

If your child’s name is not on the class attendance list, they will not be permitted to attend. NO EXCEPTIONS for this.

Membership Cancellation
In order to cancel your membership, you must do so in writing 30 DAYS in advance via letter or email to info@swagkidsgym.com. Your membership will be canceled 30 days from the time you submit your written notice to our gym.

Memberships can be placed on “Hold Status” for $25 per month, for up to 3 months. During this time, classes cannot be attended. The cancellation policy still applies to memberships on hold and requires written 30-day notice before the next pay period (the 1st of the month).

If you cancel your membership and wish to rejoin, you will be required to pay a $50 membership enrollment fee as well as the monthly tuition for the membership. You will also be subject to the waitlist once the application is accepted.

Waitlist Policy
When the 450 member cap is hit, all future SWAG applicants will be put on a waiting list. An associated waitlist fee will be collected and held as your sign-up fee once a space opens. Waitlist fee is $50.00 (non-refundable).

Your waitlist journey will be as follows:

  1. Membership cap is in place, there are no spots available
  2. Candidate submits Waitlist application
  3. Candidate is asked to join the waitlist and a $50.00 fee is applied and paid
  4. Current member cancels membership
  5. Candidates at the top of the waitlist will be notified to join
  6. Candidate has 24 hours to accept. If no response is received within 24 hours, the next waitlist candidate will be notified
  7. The pre-collected $50.00 fee is applied as your sign-up fee
  8. Candidate is accepted into the recurring membership program
