Additional Event Information
- You Provide: party favors, food, cake, non-alcoholic beverages for children and adults
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your event total will be due at the time of booking to reserve your party. Your deposit goes towards your event total, the remaining balance being due the day of the event.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event will owe the full amount
- Kid count only includes children participating in gym activities
- In-gym activities will end once food is served. The gym floor will be closed to parents and children once the equipment has been cleaned and sanitized

Great place to host a party. We were able to bring in food vendors, face painters, a balloon artist and a Princess character to the gym. Very accommodating and well organized. Super thankful we booked our birthday here at SWAG Kids Gym! Our boys were turning 12 and they had more fun here than any other place we have had a birthday at! The Coaches were very interactive and creative and made every activity fun for them. They even set up everything in the party room beforehand. We will be back for more parties.
